Do we need to carry out any prior construction or electrical work?

We assess this during the design phase based on the plans you send us. In most cases, we take on the necessary adaptation ourselves.

What happens if a machine breaks down?

Our technical team responds within 24 hours. Preventive maintenance keeps these issues to a minimum.

Why Student Residences choose Clean

A frictionless experience, not just another appliance

Request a personalized consultation

A frictionless experience, not just another appliance. Your residents book, pay and track the wash cycle from their phone, no coins, no queues, no complaints ending up at your reception.

Zero investment on your part. We design, install and maintain every machine as if it were ours, because it is. You provide the space, we take care of the rest.

A price designed for those who stay, not for someone passing through for a night. We know your residents live with this service for months; the price per cycle is calibrated to build trust, not complaints.

Direct support for your residents, always. If something goes wrong, our team responds directly to the student. Your reception team never has to step in.

Your numbers, always in view. A custom dashboard with your commission and the actual use of the machines, in real time.
