This privacy policy is established in accordance with the requirements of current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.

Purpose of the data collected, legitimization and consent to treatment

The user is informed that together with the acceptance of this Privacy Policy in the registration forms of the website cclean.app and/or through the contractual relationship established between the user and Clean Laundry Solutions SL (C/ de la Mora, 44, 08918 Badalona, NIF B02956621, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, volume 47623, folio 73, page B557410, inscription 1) ("Clean"), all data collected is stored in a file, with the exclusive purpose of sending electronic communications, such as newsletters, commercial offers, as well as other communications that Clean understands as interesting for its users. The fields marked as mandatory are essential to carry out the expressed purpose. Only the owner will have access to your data and, under no circumstances, will this data be transferred, shared, transferred or sold to any third party, except due to legal obligation.

The data collected will be kept strictly for the period necessary to carry out any of the aforementioned purposes.

  • Right to object to the use: Clean will stop treating the data in the way that you indicate, unless this is necessary for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • Right to the portability of the data: in case you want your data to be treated by another firm, Clean will facilitate the transfer of your data to the new controller.
  • Possibility of withdrawing consent: in the case consent has been granted for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment prior to its withdrawal.

How to complain to the Control Authority: if you feel your data protection rights have been violated, especially when you have not been satisfied with the exercise of your rights, you can file a claim with the competent Data Protection Authority through its website: www.aepd.es.

Acceptance and consent

The user declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the treatment of these by Clean in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

Clean reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy according to its own criteria, motivated by a legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal change by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Use of the website after such changes will imply acceptance of them.
